FROM THE
PRESIDENT

As I reflect on a uniquely challenging year. I can’t help but think of those that have been most affected by the loss of their loved ones. My heart and prayers go out to them all. We have all been impacted by this pandemic in one form or another, and for the restaurant industry, the challenges were unprecedented. Some of us had to change our entire model of operation, others could not operate at all. Supply shortages and labor issues remain today. What has remained unchanged and arguably more important than ever is the Pan Gregorian and what it provides to our members. The goal of The Pan Gregorian is to provide our members with low pricing and rebate incentive programs from manufacturers and distributors by negotiating contracts and programs.

I would like to thank our participating distributors and manufacturers for being a part of this team effort. We look to renew, continue, and strengthen those relationships in the coming days, months, and years. Each of our member restaurants is independent and unique. Pan Gregorian brings us all together to create collective bargaining. In unity there is Strength.
